Ningrum — Lead Yoga Teacher
A doctoral candidate in Cultural Studies (Udayana University) and founder of ASHTANGA KRIYA 108, Ningrum blends Indonesian and global wisdom. E-RYT 500 certified, she empowers students with deep philosophy, strong practice, and authentic mentorship.
