No prior experience is necessary. We welcome beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Just bring your passion for yoga and a willingness to learn.
The fee includes accommodation, daily vegetarian/vegan breakfasts, airport pick-up, all training materials, and access to our online student portal.
We recommend maintaining a regular yoga practice in the months leading up to the course. A consistent practice of at least 3 times a week is ideal.
